HOMEMADE YOGHOURT
Homemade yoghourt:
Ingredients (8 serves)
- 1 litre of milk
- 1 plain yoghourt
First, we heat the milk to 50ºC.
Mix the milk well with the yoghourt and put the container with the mixture in the yoghourt maker.
The yoghourt ferments will take about eight hours to make our yoghourt.
If you do not have a yoghourt maker, you can put the mixture in jars and put them in the oven preheated to 50ºC. We turn off the oven and put in the jars with a lid and covered with a towel to keep the heat for at least eight hours.
We should not open the oven at this time or move the jars.
